Feeling good today!
I've been eating right and exercising at least 5 times per week. I can feel some changes. I've dropped a couple more lbs. That makes me happy. As long as I see a steady downward trend I'm happy. I don't just mean in lbs, but inches as well. I am down several inches in the last 3 weeks. I've been logging my food like I used to do, and keeping track of measurements. It really makes a difference.

Good Job Shari! Glad that you are back in the groove...I had been doing quite fantastic as well, but just had a BAD weekend...Too many fun activities planned and not enough "reward" meals to go around. So, I fell off the train...oh well, Monday again and back at chipping away at the fat!

Keep it up Shari, you can do it. The hardest part is when real life gets in the way. But muscles have memory, they won't forget you.
