Feeling good today!

I've been eating right and exercising at least 5 times per week. I can feel some changes. I've dropped a couple more lbs. That makes me happy. As long as I see a steady downward trend I'm happy. I don't just mean in lbs, but inches as well. I am down several inches in the last 3 weeks. I've been logging my food like I used to do, and keeping track of measurements. It really makes a difference.

Good Job Shari! Glad that you are back in the groove...I had been doing quite fantastic as well, but just had a BAD weekend...Too many fun activities planned and not enough "reward" meals to go around. So, I fell off the train...oh well, Monday again and back at chipping away at the fat!

All the best,

Hi Shari!

How are you doing? You haven't posted an update for a while. No news is good news? Are you still working out?

This is such a great blog. So inspiring! I added a Weight Loss/Body Image community on my website, (share What I Know) and would love your input! ShareWIK is an online community bringing together people of all areas of expertise so that they can share what they know. Keep up the great work, and we would love to hear from you!

P.S. I thought you would like this set of articles. They were written by a woman who lost 200 pounds!

Keep it up Shari, you can do it. The hardest part is when real life gets in the way. But muscles have memory, they won't forget you.
I've been away from my physical training, but seeing your motivation and the New Year is here...I have to get my butt to the gym.
